Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert presents Rear Admiral Willie Metts with a Black Engineer of the Year Award (BEYA) Stars and Stripes Dinner award. RDML Metts was one of only seven nominees to receive an award for significant military or federal service accomplishments.

Captain Lambert,

It is not my endeavor to disagree with the DOD’s philosophy but their drive to enforce diversity has gone astray, when will there be a White Engineer of the Year , or a Yellow Engineer of the Year, or a Brown Engineer of the Year? It really looks as though total discrimination is in reverse. Is that non discrimination or a large fallicy.
